Drugs. A 62-year-old Little Canada man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at France Avenue S. and W. 42nd Street.

APRIL 13

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of a man looking through the windows at Wells Fargo, 411 Water St. The man explained that he was looking to see if the bank was open.

INDEPENDENCE

APRIL 14

Medical. Officers responded to a report that a man had fallen at a home in the 6500 block of Genaker Way. The 51-year-old man, who was found lying on the sidewalk, had a 0.33 blood alcohol concentration and was taken to the hospital.

MAPLE GROVE

APRIL 9

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated man harassing customers and refusing to leave at Wild Bill's Sports Saloon, 12730 Elm Creek Blvd. N. The 27-year-old Maple Grove man refused to cooperate with officers and was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process, and was told not to return.

APRIL 14

Property damage. An officer responded to a report of a vehicle hitting a curb and knocking over a sign at Elm Creek Boulevard and Hemlock Lane. A 45-year-old woman was cited for property damage.

MEDINA

APRIL 12

Animal complaint. Officers responded to a report of a large animal inside a home in the 100 block of Primrose Lane. They entered the home, captured a duck and released it into the wild.

APRIL 16

Road conditions. Someone reported to police that there was mud on the road at County Roads 11 and 19. Officers were unable to locate any mud.

APRIL 13

Underage consumption. Officers responded to a report of a loud party on Fox Trail. A 17-year-old boy, a 19-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were cited for underage alcohol consumption.

APRIL 15

Drunken driving. A 38-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving. Officers attempted in vain to stop her for a moving violation on Elmwood Drive, and she pulled into her garage.

PLYMOUTH

APRIL 19

Theft. A table and four chairs were stolen from the yard of a home in the 15800 block of 27th Avenue.

RICHFIELD

APRIL 14

Animal cruelty. Officers responded to a report of a dog locked in a vehicle for a long time without water in the 7700 block of Penn Avenue S. Officers cited the owner, an 18-year-old Richfield man, for animal cruelty and took the dog to a veterinarian.

APRIL 13

Drugs. A 19-year-old Chanhassen woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at County Road 19 and Smithtown Road.

APRIL 14

Curfew violation. Officers responded to a report of a juvenile problem at Cub Foods, 23800 Hwy. 7. A Hopkins boy, 17, was cited for curfew violation and a Minnetonka man, 18, was arrested for a warrant.
