Light rain has fallen across southern Texas over the past several days, andmore rain will fall today. An organizing area of low pressure in the Gulf ofMexico is currently bringing steady rain to much of southern Texas, and thisrain will persist over the next 24-36 hours before the low finally lifts off tothe north and east allowing dry weather to return.
