A South St. Paul man with a history of mental health problems was reported missing last week, and police are asking for help finding him.
The family of Andre Artzel Duncan, 35, reported him missing Thursday. They last had contact with him on Nov. 8, said South St. Paul police Chief William Messerich. According to a Police Department release, family members said it's unusual for Duncan not to make daily contact, and they're concerned for his welfare.
Duncan is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and about 180 pounds. Anyone with information about him is asked to contact the South St. Paul Police Department at 651-554-3300.
