APPLE VALLEY

JULY 14

Fraud. Identity theft was reported in the 14900 block of Glazier Avenue.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen in the 14700 block of Endicott Way.

JULY 12

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 12800 block of Pennock Avenue S.

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 13000 block of Hamburg Court.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen in the 15300 block of Drexel Way.

Forgery. A prescription was forged in the 15200 block of Cedar Avenue.

BURNSVILLE

Theft. A pair of shoes valued at $40 was stolen from Kohl's, 13900 Aldrich Av. S.

Theft. Somebody stole the owner's manual and proof of insurance from a vehicle in the 13700 block of Country Place. Two bicycles, total value $290, were also stolen from the same location.

JULY 11

Property damage. Two of a vehicle's tires were slashed in the 2100 block of E. 117th Street.

Theft. A pink girls' Panasonic Cruiser bicycle was stolen near 136th Street and Nicollet Avenue S.

JULY 10

Theft. An iPhone valued at $400 was stolen in the 1100 block of E. County Road 42.

JULY 9

Theft. Somebody broke into a vehicle and stole a pair of Oakley sunglasses valued at $100 in the 1400 block of W. County Road 42. The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $250.

JULY 7

Theft. A vehicle valued at $5,000 was reported stolen from a driveway overnight in the 15100 block of Cherry Lane.

JULY 6

Theft. A golf ball washer valued at $820 was stolen from Birnamwood Golf Course, 12424 Parkwood Drive.

EAGAN

JULY 24

Drunkenness. A caller said a woman was getting in fights and exposing herself in the pool area of the Coachman Oaks Apartments, 3155 Coachman Road. Police took her to detox.

Theft. An employee of Target, 2000 Cliff Lake Road, was cited for theft after allegedly perpetrating $668 worth of gift card fraud.

JULY 23

Harassment. An employee of Thomson Reuters, 610 Opperman Drive, reported getting phone calls at work from a debt collector who was making death threats.

Theft. A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle at Blackhawk Park, 1629 Murphy Pkwy.

Theft. A waitress at Starks Saloon, 3125 Dodd Road, reported that a man had ordered food and beer, then admitted he had no money to pay for it. Police determined that the man was homeless and suicidal. He was cited for theft and taken to Regions Hospital.

JULY 22

Harassment. A business in the 3200 block of Mike Collins Drive reported having received more than 300 harassing and prank phone calls, all apparently from the same person.

Theft. The former tenants of an apartment in the 3500 block of Lexington Avenue reportedly stole an air conditioner when they left.

Dispute. An employee of Eagle Global Logistics, 3830 Pilot Knob Road, reported that a co-worker had thrown a box at him too hard and hit him in the ribs.

HASTINGS

JULY 22

Theft. An outboard motor was stolen from a boat in the 500 block of Tiffany Drive.

JULY 21

Burglary. Somebody broke into a garage in the 3600 block of Malcom Avenue and stole items from the house.

JULY 20

Theft. A Green 1995 Jeep Cherokee was stolen overnight in the 600 block of Vermillion Street.

Property damage, theft. A caller in the 600 block of W. 4th Street reported an ongoing problem with damage to his vehicles. He also reported having gas siphoned from the gas tanks.

LAKEVILLE

JULY 19

Burglary. A home in the 16500 block of Hutchinson Drive was burglarized.

JULY 17

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 7600 block of W. 165th Street.

JULY 16

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 16000 block of Foliage Avenue.

MENDOTA HEIGHTS

JULY 19

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 2200 block of Pilot Knob Road.

JULY 18

Assault. A teen reported being robbed and assaulted while he was walking his dog near Friendly Hills Middle School, 701 Mendota Heights Road. Upon arrival, officers learned that nothing had been taken.

JULY 14

Burglary. Somebody broke into a home in the 1600 block of Pamela Lane through a sliding-glass door. Nothing appeared to have been stolen.

ROSEMOUNT

JULY 21

Burglary. A home in the 14000 block of Dane Avenue was burglarized.

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 13700 block of Crolly Court.

JULY 20

Fraud. Credit card fraud was reported in the 14700 block of Covington Avenue.

JULY 19

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 14800 block of Delft Avenue W.

Disturbance. Police arrested a Rosemount man, 38, for disorderly conduct in the 4100 block of W. 154th Court.

WEST ST. PAUL

JULY 24

Burglary. A computer was stolen from an apartment in the 100 block of Emerson Avenue W. while the resident was sleeping.

Property damage. A caller reported that two holes had apparently been shot in a house window with a BB gun. The caller said the house was the "gnome home" in the 1000 block of Smith Avenue S.

Suspicious activity. A caller in the 400 block of Butler Avenue E. reported finding a bear head in her Dumpster. It turned out to be the head of a stuffed bear.

JULY 23

Theft. The gas-price numbers were reported stolen off a sign at Marathon Gas, 433 E. Mendota Road.

Suspicious activity. A caller at Eagle Pointe Apartments, 2044 Oakdale Av., reported seeing a man walking around carrying two purses, one tan and one pink. The caller thought it was strange. An officer was unable to locate the man.

Theft. A wallet was stolen after its owner forgot it at Target, 1750 S. Robert St.

JULY 22

Theft. Two shoplifters were cited at Target, 1750 S. Robert St.

JULY 20

Property damage. A vehicle's windows were smashed in the 100 block of Thompson Avenue W.

Illegal dumping. A caller in the 200 block of E. Haskell Street reported that a neighbor was dumping trash among some bushes and trees near the property line.

SOUTH ST. PAUL

JULY 23

Property damage. A vehicle's windows were broken near 21st Avenue N. and Bromley Street.

JULY 22

Attempted theft. Somebody broke into a vehcle at Randy's Used Cars, 1505 S. Concord St., and took apart the steering column in an apparent attempt to start the car. Nothing was missing from the vehicle, but a ski mask was left behind.

Theft. A GPS unit was taken from a vehicle in the 600 block of 10th Avenue N.

JULY 21

Burglary. Somebody broke into the former location of Wingoot Tire, 575 S. Hardman Avenue, and attempted to steal coils of wire from inside large electrical boxes. The wire was removed but left sitting outside the door.
