Animal complaint. An officer responded to a report of a loose dog in the 200 block of Valley Green Park. The officer located the dog, brought it back to its home and cited the owner for allowing his dog to run at large.

JUNE 8

Animal complaint. An officer responded to a report of a large turtle near homes in the area of Hope Avenue and Olympic Hills Drive. The officer found the turtle crossing the street and motivated it to move faster. The turtle headed toward a pond and was no longer considered a hazard.

JUNE 16

Threats. Officers responded to a report of a man threatening the children next door in the 700 block of Bradbury Circle. The man was upset after getting wet from the garden hose the children were playing with.

JUNE 18

Harassment. A woman on Augusta Court called police with questions about her ex-partner posting unflattering things about her on Facebook. An officer advised her to block him on Facebook or obtain a restraining order.

Lakeville

JUNE 3-9

Theft. A purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 16000 block of Ipava Avenue.

Underage consumption. Three 19-year-old men were cited for underage consumption of alcohol, and one was also cited for giving false information to police, at Antlers Park, 9740 201st St. W.

Property damage. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 16000 block of Kenrick Avenue. A 24-year-old man, who had broken a window and been disruptive, was spotted leaving the scene and caught after a short foot chase. Officers arrested him for property damage, fleeing on foot and obstruction of justice.

Theft. A 33-year-old man was cited for theft after he was caught switching prices on merchandise at Fleet Farm, 17070 Kenrick Av.

JUNE 10-16

Drunken driving. A 50-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at 185th Street and Kenyon Avenue.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the 17000 block of Fair Isle Path.

JUNE 11

Drugs. An 18-year-old Woodbury man was arrested for possession of marijuana, marijuana wax and drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Dr.

Shakopee

JUNE 5

Theft. A 16-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Kohl's, 1529 17th Av.

Disorderly conduct. A 27-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process at Valleyfair.

JUNE 7

Theft. A 51-year-old Shakopee woman was cited for theft after she was caught shoplifting at Kohl's, 1529 17th Av.

JUNE 8

Drugs. A 50-year-old South St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving after suspension and having no proof of insurance, following a traffic stop at Hwy. 169 and Old Shakopee Road.

JUNE 9

Drunken driving. A 36-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at County Road 15 and Hwy. 169.

Drugs. A 33-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested for possession of heroin and methamphetamine, and driving after revocation, following a traffic stop at Hergott Memorial Drive and Hwy. 169.

JUNE 11

Fire. A 47-year-old Montgomery man was cited for tampering with a fire alarm at Valley Inn, 1181 1st Av.
