Suspicious activity. An officer spotted a vehicle parked on Park Drive after hours at Lagoon Park, and spoke with a man and woman in the vehicle. They told the officer they were on a date and didn't want to go home yet. The officer advised them about park hours.

MARCH 28

Fire. An officer responded to a report of a fire at an apartment on 2nd Street. An intoxicated man had left food on the stove, causing heavy smoke in the building.

LAKEVILLE

MARCH 18-24

Suspicious person. Officers responded to a report of a man trying to break into a moving truck at Kenyon Avenue and Kerrville Trail. They found a 27-year-old man who admitted to taking methamphetamine and who believed bees were swarming him. He was sweating profusely despite the cold weather, and taken to the hospital.

MARCH 25-31

Burglary. Appliances were stolen from a garage in the 7000 block of 210th Street W.

Disturbance. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 20000 block of Kenrick Avenue. A 40-year-old intoxicated man had broken a window and urinated in the hallway. He registered .30 alcohol content on a breath test and was taken to a detox facility.

PRIOR LAKE

MARCH 15

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of possible drug activity at the dog park at Spring Lake Park in the 15800 block of Howard Lake Road. They located the suspect, who was playing an online game.

MARCH 22

Theft. Cash, gift cards and a credit card were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 14200 block of Wilds Drive.

MARCH 25

Theft. A 34-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance in the 16800 block of Toronto Avenue.

SHAKOPEE

MARCH 15

Drugs. A 37-year-old Fridley woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, hypodermic needles and marijuana in a motor vehicle; and driving after license revocation, following a traffic stop at Mystic Lake Drive and County Road 42.

MARCH 19

Drugs. A 28-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, giving false information to a police officer and warrants at Canterbury Road and Hwy. 169.

Littering. A 34-year-old New Hope man was cited for littering at Canterbury Road and Hwy. 169.

MARCH 21

Assault. A 15-year-old Shakopee girl was cited for assault at Shakopee East Junior High, 1137 Marschall Rd.

Disorderly conduct. Two 15-year-old Shakopee boys were cited for disorderly conduct after they were involved in a fight at Shakopee High School, 100 17th Av.

MARCH 23

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Canterbury Park, 1100 Canterbury Rd. They arrested a 44-year-old Elk River man for disorderly conduct.

MARCH 24

Drugs. A 31-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for sale of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, hypodermic needles and stolen checks; driving after revocation; and warrants, in the 4100 block of Blakewood Drive.

BURNSVILLE

MARCH 21

Theft. A 19-year-old Minneapolis woman and a 36-year-old Richfield man were arrested for theft after they were caught shoplifting at Target, 810 W. Cty. Rd. 42.
