Traffic. A man, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving after revocation.

FEB. 7

Traffic. A man, 25, from Savage was arrested and released on bail for no proof of insurance, driving after revocation, not wearing a seat belt and receiving stolen property.

Burnsville

FEB. 3

Theft. A Honda Odyssey valued at $30,814 was stolen from a car lot in the 14800 block of Buck Hill Road.

FEB. 4

Property crime. A woman, 26, from Inver Grove Heights was arrested for possession of stolen property and counterfeit checks.

Drugs. A 39-year-old woman from Pascagoula, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a bad-check charge out of Scott County. She was also cited for possession of heroin.

Drugs. A man, 20, living in the 8400 block of Horizon Drive, Shakopee, was arrested for allowing an open bottle while driving, theft and possession of heroin.

Criminal sexual conduct. A St. Paul man, 22, was arrested for third-degree sexual conduct with a person considered helpless because of mental impairment.

Drugs. A man, 39, was arrested because he had an outstanding warrant out of Nicollet County for giving a false name and date of birth to an officer. He was also cited for fifth-degree drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Traffic. A man, 27, from Maplewood was arrested for driving after revocation and third-degree drunken driving.

FEB. 5

Traffic. A 26-year-old woman from Afton was cited for failure to keep right and fourth-degree drunken driving.

Traffic and drugs. A man, 29, was stopped for reckless driving and willful disregard for the safety of others. He was arrested for fifth-degree possession of drugs, driving after suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Domestic assault. A man, 27, from Cottage Grove was arrested for interfering with a 911 call, kidnapping and false imprisonment, and assault with the intent to inflict bodily harm with his hands.

Accident. A vehicle driven by a 19-year-old woman from Prior Lake rear-ended a car driven by a man, 50, from Farmington in the area of 154th Street and Eagle Creek Avenue.

Traffic. A woman, 47, from St. Paul was arrested at County Road 101 and Sarazin Street for fourth-degree drunken driving and failure to stop at a stop sign.
