APPLE VALLEY

JAN. 25

Traffic. A 25-year-old Rosemount man was arrested on a warrant for driving without a Minnesota driver's license. He was also cited for open alcohol container and driving without a valid license.

JAN. 25

Theft. A Minneapolis man, 43, was cited for issuing a dishonored check and arrested on a warrant for giving false information to a police officer and having an open alcohol container in a vehicle.

JAN. 26

Traffic, drugs and weapons. A Brooklyn Center man and a Minneapolis man were stopped for a traffic violation. The driver was charged with driving after revocation, possession of cocaine and illegal firearms possession. The passenger was charged with cocaine possession.

JAN. 27

Fraud. A 40-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult, with a dollar amount between $501 to $2,500.

EAGAN

JAN. 19

Dumping. Illegal dumping was reported in commercial Dumpsters over the weekend at PPI Technologies, 3388 Mike Collins Drive. The bags of garbage came from 891 Wescott Square, and the resident there said her brother must have dumped them. The caller did not want to file charges.

Fraud. Two women purchased items from Kinko's at 1344 Town Centre Drive with checks from closed accounts.

JAN. 25

Traffic. A man, 56, of Eagan was arrested on warrants for driving after suspension and domestic assault.

JAN. 28

Traffic and weapons. A 39-year-old Burnsville man was arrested after being stopped for a minor traffic infraction. He was charged with driving without a valid license, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and illegal firearms.

Farmington

JAN. 25

Traffic. A 38-year-old woman from St. Paul Park was cited for speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked and released.

JAN. 27

Probation. Police arrested a Farmington man, 36, on a warrant for a probation violation through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was also charged as a fugitive from justice and was extradited.

Inver grove Heights

JAN. 27

Sex crime. An Inver Grove Heights man, 32, was charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree for inappropriate contact with a teenage girl.

JAN. 27

Disorderly conduct. An Inver Grove Heights woman, 47, was arrested for trespassing, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct.

Lakeville

JAN. 27

Burglary alarm. Near the 3300 block of W. 173 Street, police responded to an audible residential burglary alarm.

Prior Lake

JAN. 26

Warrant assist. Information from an informant led to the arrest of a Shakopee man, 35, by Scott County deputies, who were assisting Mille Lacs County officials, in the 16600 block of Dublin Road.

Rosemount

JAN. 28

Theft. A boy, 17, and two girls, 16 and 15, all from Rosemount, were arrested near the 3300 block of W. 142nd Street.

Savage

JAN. 27

Burglary alarm. At Eagle View Elementary, 25600 Nevada Av., officers responded to an audible commercial burglary alarm covering the administrative offices.
