DWI. A man was arrested for DWI, possession of marijuana and failure to drive with due care after a traffic stop for speeding and failure to signal, and a woman was cited for underage alcohol consumption and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 200 block of E. 1st Street.

Weapons violation. A 37-year-old Eagan man was arrested on a Scott County warrant and cited for driving with a revoked license, possession of marijuana and brass knuckles near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive S. and Eagle Creek Boulevard.

Motor vehicle theft. A 31-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and driving with a revoked license, and a 20-year-old Aberdeen, S.D., woman was arrested on two Ramsey County warrants near the intersection of 140th Street and Eagle Creek Avenue NE.
Theft. A 56-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for theft of a wallet and cash after being identified through surveillance at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

APRIL 19
DWI. A 25-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of W. 156th Street and Shannon Parkway.

DWI. A 21-year-old Eagan woman was arrested for DWI, careless driving and failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle near the intersection of Clayton Avenue E. and Courthouse Boulevard.

APRIL 28
Drug activity. A 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on the 4600 block of W. Hwy. 13 after officers responded to a request from Watonwan County to pick the man up on a probation warrant.
MAY 1
DWI. A 36-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for improper lane use near the intersection of W. 123rd Street and Lynn Avenue S. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.23 percent.
SHAKOPEE
APRIL 20
Drug activity. A 27-year-old man was arrested for possession and sale of a controlled substance, fleeing police in a motor vehicle, obstructing the legal process with force, driving with a revoked license and no proof of insurance on Mystic Lake Drive S.

DWI. A 46-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI and driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of 4th Avenue E. and Shawnee Trail.
APRIL 24
Fraud. A 45-year-old Jordan man was arrested for identity theft, providing false information to police and a Hennepin County warrant near the intersection of 12th Avenue E. and Canterbury Road S.
APRIL 26
Motor vehicle theft. A 15-year-old Blaine boy was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and no Minnesota driver's license at Target, 620 Gorman St.
