A 33-year-old Richville, Minn., man, a 21-year-old Fergus Falls, Minn. woman and a 23-year-old Fergus Falls woman were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and marijuana; a 22-year-old Fergus Falls man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia; and a 24-year-old Wadena, Minn., woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and a Stearns County warrant near the intersection of NW. 140th Street and Fountain Hills Drive NW.

Drug activity. A 25-year-old Watertown, Minn., man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, Clonazepam and hypodermic needles at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

A 32-year-old Prior Lake for possession of methamphetamine, hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia, providing false information to police and a Department of Corrections warrant, and a 36-year-old Prior Lake woman was cited for driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Northwood Road NW. and Spring Lake Road NW.

Drug activity. A 49-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and a limited driver's license violation after a traffic stop for no license plate near the intersection of Egan Drive and Heatherton Ridge Drive. A 24-year-old St. Paul man was cited for possession of an open bottle and drug paraphernalia, and a 26-year-old St. Paul man was cited for possession of an open bottle.

DWI. A 29-year-old Savage woman was arrested for DWI and failure to move over for an emergency vehicle near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Quentin Avenue S.

Drug activity. A 26-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and a 22-year-old Apple Valley man was cited for possession of a dangerous weapon and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and Canterbury Road S.
