JAN. 13

DWI. A 40-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI and no proof of insurance near County Road 11 and Sheffield Lane.

JAN. 17

DWI. A 32-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign near of W. 140th Street and McAndrews Road.

JAN. 20

Burglary. A 31-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for burglary, domestic assault, kidnapping and interfering with a 911 call near County Road 42 and Interstate 35W.

JAN. 25

Warrant service. A man turned himself in to police on Dakota, Carver, Chisago and Scott County warrants at the Eagan Police Department, 3830 Pilot Knob Road.

Theft from motor vehicle. An exhaust and catalytic converter were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at Toshiba America Bus Solutions, 960 Blue Gentian Road. The theft was recorded on surveillance video.

DWI. A 31-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI after reports of a vehicle stuck in the snow near 160th Street and Franklin Trail SE. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.28.

Warrant service. A 25-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested on two Scott County warrants and cited for trespassing at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Warrant service. A 27-year-old Vermillion, Minn., man was arrested on Goodhue and Hennepin County warrants.

JAN. 19

DWI. An Apple Valley woman, 52, was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for improper lane use and an equipment violation near the intersection of 140th Street and Aspen Avenue NE.

JAN. 20

Obstructing the legal process. A 20-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for underage alcohol consumption, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

DWI. A 25-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI and a 39-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 3700 block of W. 150th Street.

JAN. 14

Fraud. A 65-year-old man was arrested for check forgery at Wells Fargo Bank, 5705 Loftus Drive. The man also had a Florida warrant for fraud.

JAN. 16

Drug activity. A 36-year-old Zimmerman, Minn., woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and a 34-year-old Zimmerman man was arrested for a Scott County warrant.

Theft. A 49-year-old Columbia Heights man was arrested for theft at Target, 1685 17th Avenue E.
