DWI. A Burnsville woman, 34, was arrested for DWI and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for failure to drive in a single lane near the intersection of Melody Lane and County Road 11.

JAN. 13

Theft. A Minneapolis man, 37, was arrested for theft, a St. Paul man, 44, was arrested for possession of marijuana, theft and terroristic threats and a St. Paul man, 47, was arrested for theft on the 14100 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

Drug activity. A Burnsville man, 23, was arrested for possession of marijuana, interfering with a police officer and providing false information to police on the 14200 block of Nicollet Avenue S.

Drug activity. A Rosemount man, 44, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and providing false information to police near the intersection of E. Hwy. 13 and Nicollet Avenue S.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and carrying a firearm while under the influence near the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Lone Oak Road.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Hwy. 13 and Yankee Doodle Road.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 162nd Street and Ipava Avenue.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Glacier Way.

PRIOR LAKE

DWI. A Prior Lake man, 69, was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after he lost control of his vehicle and struck a fire hydrant and an electrical box in the 3100 block of Butternut Circle NW.

Assault. A Prior Lake man, 37, was arrested for assault, providing false information to police and a Scott County warrant on Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Fraud. A Crystal man, 52, was arrested for cheating at cards at Canterbury Park, 1100 Canterbury Road S.

DWI. A Shakopee man, 43, was arrested for DWI, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and obstructing the legal process with force, on the 200 block of Appleblossom Lane W.

DWI. An Otsego, Minn., woman, 21, was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving with a revoked license and possession of an open bottle after a traffic stop for improper lane use on the 1400 block of 1st Avenue E.
