Drug activity. An 18-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on the 15800 block of Franklin Trail SE.

Drug activity. A 28-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and a Ramsey County warrant at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Obstructing the legal process. A 23-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force and trespassing at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Drug activity. A 30-year-old Le Center, Minn., man was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and a Carver County warrant at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

FEB. 20

Motor vehicle theft. A Honda Civic was stolen on the 16000 block of Main Avenue SE. The vehicle was later recovered in St. Paul and the driver was arrested.

DWI. A 23-year-old Owatonna, Minn., man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue SE. and Arcadia Avenue SE. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.14.

Drug activity. A 31-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine on the 15000 block of Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Drug activity. A 36-year-old Lancaster, Texas, woman was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Obstructing the legal process. A 30-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for obstructing the legal process, possession of drug paraphernalia and permitting a public nuisance.

Domestic assault. A 23-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct on the 13000 block of Glenhurst Avenue S.

DWI. A 29-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Vernon Avenue S. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.14.

DWI. A 53-year-old Ely, Minn., woman was arrested for DWI and careless driving after being involved in a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of McColl Drive and S. Hwy. 13.

DWI. A 24-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for driving with a headlight out near the intersection of Egan Drive and Quebec Avenue S.

Theft. The coinboxes attached to a washer and dryer were pried off and stolen at an apartment complex on the 12400 block of Lynn Avenue S. The coinboxes contained about $200 in change.

DWI. A 25-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of S. Adams Street and Hwy. 169.

DWI. A 23-year-old Chaska woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Marschall Road S. and County Road 101 E.

Obstructing the legal process. A 24-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for providing false information to police and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and Canterbury Road S.

DWI. A 37-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI on the 200 block of Marschall Road S.

Obstructing the legal process. A 40-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for obstructing the legal process on the 1200 block of Canterbury Road S.
