DWI. A man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for a driving violation near the intersection of Creek Lane and Nolden Drive.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Jasper Drive and Rahn Road.

Theft. Money and credit cards were reported stolen from the backroom of store on 365 Eagan Outlets Parkway. The stolen cards were used at Target in Apple Valley and St. Paul.

Assault. A woman was arrested for assault and trespassing after punching a server she accused of flirting with her husband at the Cherokee Sirloin Room, 4625 Nichols Road.

Traffic violations. A 31-year-old Hastings man was arrested for driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, illegal transportation of a firearm in a motor vehicle, failure to obtain a new driver's license after changing address and inability to produce a vehicle title after a traffic stop for motor vehicle lighting near the intersection of E. 155th Street and Blaine Avenue.

DWI. A 20-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for DWI, underage alcohol consumption and possession of an open bottle after a traffic stop for not having motor vehicle signals in working order near the intersection of Bunratty Avenue and W. 138th Street.
