Theft. A frost heater and propane tank, valued at $1,800, were reported stolen on the 800 block of Hope Avenue.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for a driving violation near the intersection of W. 1st Street and S. Mertens Street.
DWI. A woman was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and a driver's license restriction prohibiting the use of alcohol after a traffic stop for driving violations on Hwy. 169.

JAN. 8
DWI. A Prior Lake man, 40, was arrested for DWI on the 17200 block of SE. Deerfield Drive.
JAN. 12
DWI. A Mounds View man, 30, was arrested for DWI and driving with a suspended license near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue SE. and Franklin Trail SE.
JAN. 13
Drug activity. A Prior Lake man, 46, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 NW. Mystic Lake Blvd.
DWI. A Prior Lake man, 48, was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and driving with a revoked license on the 8600 block of Egan Drive.
SAVAGE
JAN. 8
Drug activity. A New Hope man, 26, was arrested for drug possession, driving with a suspended license and no insurance after a traffic stop for failure to stay in a single lane near the intersection of Egan Drive and Ottawa Avenue S.
JAN. 9
Drug activity. A 33-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and on a Wisconsin warrant on the 15000 block of NW. Mystic Lake Boulevard.
JAN. 12
Theft. Three 16-year-old Savage boys are accused of theft, receiving stolen property and tampering with a motor vehicle in the 14700 block of Yosemite Avenue S.
JAN. 13
Drug activity. An Apple Valley man, 24, was arrested for possession of marijuana and a Scott County warrant after a traffic stop for an equipment violation near the intersection of Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 169.
SHAKOPEE
JAN. 9
Disorderly conduct. A Shakopee woman, 19, was arrested for disorderly conduct, trespassing and obstructing the legal process, and a Shakopee woman, 19, was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing in the 800 block of S. Dakota Street.
JAN. 10
Drug activity. A Ham Lake woman, 19, was arrested for sale and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and an 18-year-old Coon Rapids man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle near the intersection of S. Canterbury Road and 17th Avenue E.
Order for protection violation. A Minneapolis man, 51, was arrested for violating and order for protection and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and S. Canterbury Road.
JAN. 11
DWI. A Shakopee man, 25, was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and leaving the scene of an accident in the 4100 block of N. Valley Industrial Boulevard.
Obstructing the legal process. A 20-year-old Chatfield, Minn., man was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force and underage drinking, and three 20-year-old New Prague men were cited for underage drinking at America's Best Value Inn, 1244 S. Canterbury Road.
JAN. 14
Obstructing the legal process. A St. Paul man, 41, was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force and trespassing in the 1400 block of St. Francis Avenue.
Drug activity. A St. Louis Park man, 20, was arrested on a Hennepin County warrant and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana in a motor vehicle and no proof of insurance near the intersection of NW. Mystic Lake Drive and NW. Dakotah Parkway.
