JAN. 1

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and a Scott County warrant, and was citied for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Eldorado Avenue and Creek Lane S.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI, underage consumption of alcohol and speeding and a man was issued a citation for underage alcohol consumption after a traffic stop for multiple violations on Hwy. 169.

Theft. A trailer was reported stolen from a business on the 600 block of W. 2nd Street.

DEC. 29

JAN. 1

DWI. A 19-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, underage alcohol consumption and possession, criminal trespassing and possession of fireworks at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

Assault. A 43-year-old Fridley man was arrested for assault and an order for protection violation with a weapon at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

JAN. 2

Drug activity. A 40-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, prescription medicine and drug paraphernalia and obstructing the legal process on the 4800 block of SE. Dakota Street.

Disorderly conduct. An 11-year-old girl Prior Lake girl was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal property damage and making a false 911 call on the 15800 block of Fish Point Road SE.

JAN. 4

Warrant service. A 36-year-old New Brighton woman was arrested on a Scott County warrant and cited for trespassing and providing false information to police at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

JAN. 8

DWI. A 52-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI after he drove over the centerline on the 5200 block of Brooks Circle SE. His blood alcohol content was 0.28.

DEC. 31

Warrant service. A 44-year-old Savage woman was arrested on two Scott County warrants on W. Highway 13.

JAN. 1

Domestic assault. A 33-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault and inter­fering with a 911 call on the 5800 block of W. 137th Street.

SHAKOPEE

Drug activity. A 28-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false information to police and a Hennepin County warrant, and a 24-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for driving with a revoked license, displaying an altered insurance card and no insurance near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and 17th Avenue E.

DWI. A 26-year-old Cottage Grove man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of 2nd Avenue E. and S. Lewis Street.

JAN. 4

Order for protection violation. A 24-year-old Vadnais Heights man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 2700 block of Jade Circle E.

DWI. A 29-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of S. Spencer Street and Vierling Drive E.
