DEC. 11

Domestic assault. A man was arrested for domestic assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process on the 300 block of E. 4th Street.

DEC. 20

DWI. A man was arrested on Copper Court for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test, assault and obstructing the legal process with force after an officer located a vehicle that had been seen earlier in a ditch on County Road 15.

DEC. 21

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for a driving violation on South Valley Drive. Two open beer bottles and marijuana-related items were found in the vehicle.

SAVAGE

DEC. 17

DWI. A 52-year-old Hanska, Minn., man was arrested for DWI on the 12100 block of Dakota Avenue S. after officers received a complaint about the man's driving. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said.

SHAKOPEE

DEC. 20

Theft. Packages were reported stolen on the 700 block of Roundhouse Street.

DEC. 22

DWI. A 25-year-old Colfax, Wis., man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test, leaving the scene of an accident and having no insurance near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Hwy. 169.

DWI. A 44-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for improper lane use on the 600 block of Roundhouse Street.

DEC. 23

DWI. A 37-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of S. Apgar Street and 10th Avenue W.

DWI. A 22-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of 2nd Avenue E. and S. Fillmore Street.
