SEPT. 30

Assault. A boy was arrested for domestic assault, terroristic threats, assaulting a police officer and obstructing the legal process with force on the 200 block of N. Varner Street.

OCT. 4

Domestic assault. A boy was arrested for domestic assault on the 200 block of Augusta Court.

Prior Lake

OCT. 4

DWI. A 51-year-old Eagan man was arrested for DWI and having an open bottle in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop for failure to drive in a single lane near the intersection of NE. 140 Street and Crest Avenue NE.

Theft. A snowmobile trailer valued at $1,200 was reported stolen on the 5400 block of Cottonwood Lane SE.

OCT. 5

Warrant service. A 25-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on Scott County warrants on the 15000 block of Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

OCT. 7

DWI. A 66-year-old Jordan man was arrested for DWI and having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for improper lane use near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue NW. and NW. 154th Street.

Drug activity. A 49-year-old Nashville, Tenn., man was arrested for possession of cocaine and a 19-year-old Minnetonka woman was citied for underage alcohol consumption at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

OCT. 8

DWI. A 23-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for DWI and expired vehicle registration on the 4400 block of SE. Dakota Street.

Theft from motor vehicle. A bag containing cosmetics, clothing, prescription glasses and a book, total value of $760, was reported stolen from a locked motor vehicle on the 6800 block of NE. Boudin Street. The vehicle's windows had been left open slightly for a dog.

SAVAGE

OCT. 1

Burglary. A passport, liquor, cigarettes and other items valued at $300 were reported stolen from a vehicle parked inside a garage with the garage door left open on the 5500 block of W. 131st Street.

DWI. A 48-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for DWI after striking a parked car in the parking lot on the 6500 block of Loftus Lane W. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.37 percent, police said.

OCT. 2

Warrant service. A Savage man, 22, was arrested on two Scott County warrants on the 9300 block of W. 134th Street.

Burglary. A hedge lopper, Echo trimmer and gas can valued at $450 were reported stolen from a locked shed at a Savage business.

OCT. 3

Drug activity. A 21-year-old West St. Paul man was arrested for offering a forged prescription, possessing a driver's license that belongs to someone else and fleeing a police officer on foot on the 8100 block of Egan Drive.

OCT. 6

Warrant service. A 24-year-old Chanhassen man was arrested for driving with a revoked license and no insurance after a traffic stop for speeding at W. Hwy. 13 and Louisiana Avenue S.

Shakopee

OCT. 5

DWI. A 23-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Eagle Creek Boulevard and Sarazin Street.

DWI. A 41-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for DWI and having an open bottle in a motor vehicle on Hwy. 169.

OCT. 7

Obstructing the legal process. A 24-year-old Council Bluffs, Iowa, man was arrested for providing false information to police and on a warrant on the 900 block of S. Atwood Street.

Warrant service. A 26-year-old Shakopee man was arrested on Scott and Carver county warrants on the 1200 block of E. Vierling Drive.

OCT. 8

Domestic assault. A 35-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for domestic assault by strangulation and trespassing on the 1200 block of S. Marschall Road.

Driving violation. A 38-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for trying to escape the motor vehicle tax near the intersection of Southbridge Parkway and Old Carriage Court.
