DWI. An adult was arrested on DWI charges near the intersection of E. 260th Street and Irving Avenue.
OCT. 2
Burglary. Jewelry and a watch were reported stolen during a burglary on the 10400 block of E. 273rd Street.
Motor vehicle theft. A motor vehicle was reported stolen on the 26100 block of Newton Circle.

Theft from vehicle. A window was broken and two shotguns valued at $3,510 were stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of 9th Street.

DWI. A woman was arrested on DWI charges after a traffic stop for a driving violation near the intersection of Hwy. 21 and Water Street.

SEPT. 27
Disorderly conduct. A 28-year-old Blaine man was arrested for disorderly conduct at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.
SEPT. 28
DWI. A 53-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of NW. 140th Street and Mystic Lake Drive NW.
SEPT. 29
DWI. A Prior Lake woman was arrested for DWI at McDonalds, 16831 S. Hwy. 13. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.25 percent, police said.
OCT. 2
Drug activity. A 55-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia and fleeing a police officer, and a 47-year-old St. Paul resident was cited for driving with a revoked license and having no insurance. The arrests came after a traffic stop for an equipment violation on the 8600 block of Egan Drive.

SEPT. 23
Theft from vehicle. Items valued at $420 were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 9300 block of W. 124th Street.
SEPT. 24
Theft. Equipment stolen in July or August and in July 2012 was reported stolen at Nature Works, 12115 Lynn Av. S. The value of the equipment was $1,375.
Warrant service. A Minneapolis man, 26, was arrested on a Hennepin County warrant and a 23-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on a Scott County warrant after a traffic stop near the intersection of Egan Drive and Rhode Island Avenue S.
SEPT. 25
Theft. Cash machines were pried open and $500 in cash was reported stolen from a Savage business.
SEPT. 28
Theft from vehicle. Property valued at $644 was reported stolen from two unlocked vehicles on the 12400 block of Independence Avenue S.
SEPT. 29
DWI. A 50-year-old Eden Prairie woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Vernon Avenue S. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent, police said.
DWI. A 24-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI, possession of marijuana and having no Minnesota driver's license after officers responded to a call about a vehicle stopped in an intersection near Quentin Avenue S. and McColl Drive. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, police said.

Drug activities. An 18-year-old Hopkins man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and on a Scott County warrant on Hwy. 16.
