JULY 22
Vandalism. A tree purchased in 2012 for about $175 was cut down at a business on the 100 block of E. 1st Street. Another tree recently planted at a park near Water Street and S. Rice Street was cut down.
Theft. Two spare tires valued at $965 were reported stolen from vans on the 600 block of W. 2nd Street.
JULY 27
Theft. A Toro lawn mower valued at $400 was reported stolen from a locked garage on the 100 block of Sunset Drive.

JULY 24
Theft. Ceramic lawn ornaments and a concrete bird bath valued at $240 were reported stolen on the 15200 Wood Duck Trail NW.
JULY 25
Theft from motor vehicle. A toolbox and tools valued at $4,190 were reported stolen from a work trailer on the 3500 block of Hickory Circle SW.
Domestic assault. A 22-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for domestic assault and child endangerment on the 16700 block of Brunswick Avenue SE.
JULY 26
Drug activity. A 36-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for possession of prescription medication and methamphetamine, a 56-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for possession of prescription medication, and a 36-year-old Eagan woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.
Fraud. A 23-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for offering and possessing a forged check, possession of stolen property and obstructing the legal process with force on the 4600 block of SE. Tower Street.
JULY 27
DWI. A 42-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for DWI after being involved in a property damage motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue NE. and Grainwood Circle NE.

JULY 23
DWI. A 27-year-old Chaska man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for poor driving conduct near the intersection of Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 13.
Theft from motor vehicle. A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at Fabcon Inc., 6111 W. Hwy. 13.
JULY 25
DWI. A 29-year-old South Dakota woman was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, having no driver's license, and for a child restraint violation after she pulled off the highway into a non-roadway area near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Louisiana Avenue S.
JULY 27
Theft. Alcohol valued at $64 was reported stolen at Dan Patch Liquor, 4425 W. 123rd St.
SHAKOPEE
JULY 24
Assault. A 22-year-old Superior, Wis., man was arrested for assault, domestic assault and terroristic threats on the 300 block of 5th Avenue E.
JULY 28
Obstructing the legal process. A 28-year-old St. Louis Park woman was arrested for providing false information to police and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and 17th Avenue E.
JULY 29
Obstructing the legal process. A 57-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force on the 1600 block of Sage Lane.
