DWI. A 65-year-old Eagan man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue NE. and NE. 154th Street.

DWI. A 29-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for expired registration tabs and poor driving conduct near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive NW. and NW. 154th Street.
APRIL 21
Theft from motor vehicle. A cell phone and sunglasses valued at $320 were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 6500 block of Harbor Beach NW.
SAVAGE
APRIL 16
Theft. A snowboard valued at $150 was reported stolen from a garage on the 13200 block of Alabama Avenue S.
APRIL 17
Obstructing the legal process. A 21-year-old Savage man was arrested on a warrant on the 6000 block of McColl Drive.
APRIL 19
DWI. A 26-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI and having no proof of insurance after getting stuck in a snowbank near the intersection of Dakota Avenue S. and McColl Drive. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.10 percent, police said.
APRIL 20
DWI. A 20-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for DWI and improper lane use and a 19-year-old Robbinsdale man was cited for underage alcohol consumption after officers received a call about a vehicle driving in reverse down a city street. The 20-year-old's blood-alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said.
APRIL 21
DWI. A 50-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped for speeding near the intersection of Egan Drive and Huntington Avenue S.
APRIL 22
Motor vehicle theft. The entry door to a backhoe, valued at $1,500, was reported stolen on the 14200 Wilds Overlook NW.
SHAKOPEE
APRIL 19
Order for protection violation. A 46-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 800 block of 4th Avenue W.
Assault. A 40-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for assault, domestic assault and obstructing the legal process by force on the 700 block of 5th Avenue W.
APRIL 20
DWI. A 39-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Dean Lakes Boulevard.
DWI. An 18-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for DWI and underage alcohol possession on the 3900 block of Eagle Creek Boulevard.
APRIL 23
DWI. A 36-year-old Belle Plaine man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of Shenandoah Drive and Pinewood Drive.
