Burglary. A television was reported stolen from a residence on the 26700 block of Irving Avenue.

FEB. 6

Theft. A computer valued at $200 was reported stolen from Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

FEB. 7

Theft. Wire was reportedly removed from a house under construction on the 14300 block of Parkside Court NW.

Theft. Copper wire valued at $150 was reported stolen from a residence on the 3600 block of Pointe Pass NW.

Drug activity. A 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Theft. About $3,000 worth of construction equipment was reported stolen from an undisclosed job site.

FEB. 6

Weapons violation. A 20-year-old Waseca woman was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and having an uncased firearm after she was involved in an accident near the intersection of Egan Drive and O'Connell Road.

Theft. Two step ladders valued at $160 were reportedly stolen from a construction site on the 13000 block of Zinran Place.

FEB. 9

DWI. A 35-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding on W. Hwy. 13 and Dakota Avenue S. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.12 percent, police said.

FEB. 10

DWI. A 29-year-old Golden Valley man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and Egan Drive. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.09 percent, police said.

DWI. A 32-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for improper lane use near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and Egan Drive. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.20 percent, police said.

DWI. A 21-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI, driving with a suspended license and having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for having a license plate covered near the intersection of 12th Avenue E. and Canterbury Road S.

Obstructing the legal process. A 21-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for obstructing the legal process, driving with a revoked license, having no proof of insurance and on an outstanding Scott County warrant on the 200 block of Marschall Road S.

DWI. A 35-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, having an open bottle and having no proof of insurance near the intersection of 17th Avenue E. and Marschall Road S.

FEB. 12

DWI. A 39-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI, possession of an open bottle, having no proof of insurance and having no Minnesota driver's license after a traffic stop near the intersection of S. Adams Street and 5th Avenue W.
