Burglary. A burglary and motor vehicle theft was reported on the 9100 block of Prairie Street.

Drug activity. A man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine after a traffic stop near the intersection of Bridle Creek Drive and Falcon Way.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for an equipment violation near the intersection of Quaker Avenue and Syndicate Street.

Warrant service. A 29-year-old Williston, N.D., man was arrested on an outstanding Scott County warrant after a traffic stop for a seat belt violation on the 16700 block of S. Hwy. 13.

Disorderly conduct. A 32-year-old Elk River man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process, and a 29-year-old Delano man, a 25-year-old Andover man and a 29-year-old Glencoe man were cited for disorderly conduct after a fight in a hotel room at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Drug activity. An 18-year-old Belle Plaine man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Drug activity. A 35-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, obstructing the legal process, driving with a revoked license and on outstanding Scott County warrants at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

DEC. 10

Criminal property damage. A 23-year-old Savage man was cited for criminal property damage for stepping on his girlfriend's flat screen television during an argument. The man was found to have an outstanding warrant and was taken to the Scott County jail.

Motor vehicle theft. A 32-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for motor vehicle theft and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of W. 125th Street and Inglewood Avenue S. An officer ran his license plate and found that the vehicle was stolen.

Burglary. A forced-entry burglary in which $247 was reported missing was reported at the Savage Family Eye Clinic, 5809 Egan Drive. It appeared that an attempt also was made to enter an adjoining business.

Obstructing the legal process. A 28-year-old Eagan woman was arrested for displaying revoked license plates, providing false identification to police, driving with a cancelled license and on an outstanding Dakota County warrant near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and W. 128th Street.

Drug activity. A 32-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for equipment and driving violations near the intersection of Egan Drive and Quentin Avenue S.

DWI. A 29-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested for DWI, having an open bottle in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Louisiana Avenue S. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.10 percent, police said.

Drug activity. A 24-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for the sale and possession of controlled substances and on an outstanding Dakota County warrant.

Disturbing the peace. A 22-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for misuse of 911 communications on the 500 block of S. Pierce Street.

Order for protection violation. A 29-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for violating an order for protection and on outstanding Carver and Hennepin county warrants on the 700 block of Roundhouse Street.
