Theft from vehicle. A laptop computer valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 2300 block of Park Place NW.

DWI. A 49-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for poor driving conduct near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Mystic Lake Boulevard NW. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.22 percent, police said.
Drug activity. A 41-year-old Lake Elmo woman and a 36-year-old man with no permanent address were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Drug activity. A 30-year-old Blaine woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, alprazolam and drug paraphernalia, providing false information to police and an outstanding Anoka County warrant after a traffic stop for a driving violation near the intersection of Fish Point Road SE. and SE. Huron Street.

DWI. An 18-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI and refusing to submit to a chemical test after being involved in an accident on the 9300 block of W. 134th Street.
OCT. 4
DWI. A 36-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for failing to drive in a single lane near the intersection of Egan Drive and Boone Avenue S. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.17 percent, police said.
Theft from vehicle. A drill set valued at $300 was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 14400 block of Edgewood Avenue S. The thief smashed one of the vehicle's windows to get the drill set.

DWI. A 23-year-old Eagan man was arrested for DWI, speeding and improper lane use after a traffic stop near Egan Drive and Boone Avenue S.
OCT. 7
DWI. A 26-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and possession of a controlled substance, and a 41-year-old Savage man was arrested on an outstanding Nicollet County warrant by police responding to reports of a fight on the 12300 block of Ottawa Avenue S.
OCT. 9
Warrant service. A 15-year-old Shakopee boy was arrested on an outstanding Scott County warrant on the 600 block of Gorman Street.

Drug activity. An inmate was found to be in possession of drugs at the Scott County jail, 301 S. Fuller St.
