JULY 17

Fraud. An adult female reported the theft of her debit card, which was used to withdraw funds totaling $1,021.50 from several ATM machines. The case is under investigation.

JULY 20

Animal control. Four cows were reported loose in a residential yard in the 900 block of E. 174th Street.

DWI. An adult male was arrested for DWI after being stopped for two traffic violations on Hwy. 169.

JULY 21

DWI. An adult male was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and 173rd Street.

Drug activity. A 19-year-old Mound man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

JULY 20

Drug activity. A 45-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving with a canceled license after a traffic stop near the intersection of Mystic Lake Boulevard NW. and Dakotah Parkway NW.

Drug activity. A 20-year-old Columbia Heights man was arrested for possession of hashish in the 15000 block of Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Assault. A 39-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for domestic assault, assaulting a police officer and obstruction of justice in the 14000 block of Candlewood Lane NE.

Drug activity. A 26-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on an outstanding Goodhue County warrant and for possession of marijuana at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

JULY 25

Domestic assault. A 45-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for domestic assault, false imprisonment, making terroristic threats and interfering with a 911 call in the 5200 block of SE. 160th Street.

JULY 16

Order for Protection violation. A 56-year-old Savage man was arrested for an Order for Protection violation after officers observed him driving by a residence he was prohibited from driving by near the intersection of W. 147th Street and Louisiana Avenue S.

DWI. A 28-year-old Savage woman was arrested for DWI and failure to provide proof of insurance after a traffic stop for having an inoperable taillight near the intersection of Lynn Avenue S. and W. 124th Street.

JULY 20

DWI. A 25-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI and speeding near the intersection of W. 133rd Street and Kipling Avenue S.

Drug activity. A 29-year-old Lakeville woman was arrested for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia and providing false identification to police in the 4600 block of W. Hwy. 13.

JULY 22

Theft. A bicycle worth an estimated $1,100 was reported stolen from the back yard of a residence in the 14700 block of Quentin Avenue S.

JULY 20

DWI. A 20-year-old Chaska man was arrested for DWI and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of S. Ramsey Street and Vierling Drive E.

JULY 21

DWI. A 27-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of a controlled substance, and a 22-year-old Sartell, Minn., woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of 1st Avenue E. and S. Fillmore Street.

DWI. A 33-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for DWI and a 38-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested for illegal possession of prescription drugs near the intersection of 12th Avenue E. and Canterbury Road S.

Drug activity. A 21-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a hypodermic needle and outstanding Scott and Hennepin county warrants in the 800 block of S. Prairie Street.

DWI. A 53-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and S. Fuller Street.
