APPLE VALLEY

FEB. 24

Fraud. A 26-year-old Blaine woman was arrested in Apple Valley for possessing counterfeit currency.

BURNSVILLE

FEB. 25

Assault. A 41-year-old Burnsville man in the 12900 block of Penn Avenue S. was arrested for domestic assault, disarming and assaulting a peace officer, and obstructing ambulance personnel.

ELKO NEW MARKET

FEB. 20

Suspicious activity. Gunfire was reported on the 23500 block of Edenvale Trail.

JORDAN

Feb. 17

Fire. A power pole was reported to be on fire behind Jordan Wine & Spirits, 235 N. Triangle Lane.

FEB. 17

Theft from vehicle. An ice auger was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Lodge Drive. Several other unlocked vehicles in the vicinity were also reported to have been entered but nothing else was reported missing.

Traffic. An man was arrested in the 200 block of N. Creek Lane for showing a revoked driver's license and having two outstanding Scott County warrants.

PRIOR LAKE

FEB. 16

Theft. A fish house on Prior Lake was burglarized.

FEB. 18

Theft. A locker was broken into and personal items stolen and a wallet was taken from a coat hanging on a locker door at the River Valley YMCA, 3575 North Berens Road NW.

FEB. 19

Drug activity. A 26-year-old Hastings woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 NW. Mystic Lake Blvd.

FEB. 22

Theft. The theft of jewelry was reported at a residence in the 19000 block of Brookwood Road.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 20600 block of Lake Ridge Drive.

Found property. A St. Paul man, 46, and a 27-year-old St. Paul woman were arrested in a stolen vehicle at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 NW. Mystic Lake Blvd.

SAVAGE

FEB. 14

Theft. A Burnsville woman discovered a stolen laptop in her son's room and returned it to Eagle Ridge Junior High School, 13955 Glendale Road, where it was discovered it had been stolen.

FEB. 15

Property damage. A window was reported broken overnight at Cal's Market, 6403 Egan Drive.

FEB. 16

Theft from vehicle. A digital camera valued at $210 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 4800 block of W. 147th Court.

Fraud. A resident of the 4000 block of W. 134th Street reported that his credit card was stolen and used to make fraudulent purchases in Norway.

FEB. 18

Theft from vehicle. Items valued at about $2,200 were stolen from two unlocked vehicles in the driveway of a house in the 4800 block of W. 132nd Street.

FEB. 19

Theft from vehicle. A New Prague resident reported items valued at $2,100 stolen from his vehicle at Life Time Fitness, 6544 W. Loftus Lane.

SHAKOPEE

FEB. 18

Fraud. A 44-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested for cheating when gambling at Canterbury Park, 1100 S. Canterbury Road.

SOUTH ST. PAUL

FEB. 15

Found property. A vehicle parked on Signal Hills Drive was recovered two weeks after it was stolen from a resident of the 200 block of 4th Avenue N. The resident had reported the car stolen after giving it to an acquaintance who said he would fix the muffler.

WEST ST. PAUL

FEB. 16

Theft. A snowblower was stolen from a garage at Riverwest Apartments, 1075 Waterloo Av.

FEB. 17

Attempted theft. A customer at Napa Auto Parts, 1531 S. Robert St., tried to reach into the cash register and steal money when the cashier was getting out change. The employee grabbed the money away from him and the man ran out of the store and drove away. The employee does not believe the man got away with any of the money.

Fight. Two women got into a fight in the parking lot of Rainbow Foods, 1660 S. Robert St.

FEB. 18

Animal complaint. A dog was loose inside Walgreens, 1133 S. Robert St. The dog was corralled and returned to the owner.

Theft. A man ran off with a phone at Cub Foods, 2001 S. Robert St., while an employee was trying to sell it to him.
