SEPT. 26

Drugs. A 60-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of marijuana on the 500 block of Crystal Lake Road.

Assault. Officers responded to the 1100 block of Hwy. 13 regarding a reported robbery. Two Burnsville women, ages 20 and 45, were arrested for assault.

OCT. 8

Medical. Officers responded to a home on the 100 block of 4th Street E. on a report of a medical call. A woman reported she went to her neighbor's house and saw him on the floor. Officers found he was fine; he was just lying on the floor.

OCT. 9

Drugs. A 23-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding following a traffic stop at 2nd and Varner streets.

LAKEVILLE

OCT. 1-7

Weapon. Officers responded to a home on Anthony Drive on a report of shots fired. A 23-year-old man was arrested for assault. According to police reports the suspect got into an argument over a cat scratching his daughter. He fired several shots. No one was injured. The case is under investigation.

Theft. Officers responded to Great Clips, 17623 Glasgow Av., on a report of theft. A male suspect got his hair cut and said he forgot his wallet. He left his cellphone as collateral until he returned. He never returned and the phone was old and worthless.

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to 171st Street W. on a report of suspicious activity. A 24-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to Gerdine Path and Foliage Avenue on a report of a man screaming at passing cars. Officers located an intoxicated 42-year-old man and he agreed to calm down and go home. A short time later the officers were called back on a report of a domestic assault involving the same man.

Property damage. Tires on a vehicle were slashed on the 16000 block of Gannon Avenue.

Property damage. Numerous pumpkins were found smashed along walkways and front doors in the 17000 block of Hemlock Avenue.

Theft. Officers responded to Subway, 17450 Dodd Blvd., on a report of a theft. Two males stole a few dollars from the tip jar and were disruptive in the store. The suspects fled before officers arrived.

PRIOR LAKE

SEPT. 29

Drugs. A 26-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and giving false information to a police officer on the 17100 block of Toronto Avenue.

OCT. 2

Drugs. A 25-year-old West St. Paul man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.

SHAKOPEE

SEPT. 26

Theft. A Shakopee boy, 14, was cited for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Holiday, 1381 Greenwood Court.

SEPT. 27

Assault. A 15-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for assault at Shakopee High School, 100 17th Av.

SEPT. 28

Theft. A 39-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle at Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Eagle Creek Boulevard.

SEPT. 29

Theft. A 16-year-old Waconia boy was cited for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Dollar General, 1202 Shakopee Town Square.

SEPT. 30

Drugs. A 50-year-old Mound man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and giving a false name to police at Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Valley View Road.
