BURNSVILLE

AUGUST 25

DWI. A 38-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for failure to drive in a single lane near the intersection of 12th Avenue S. and E. Hwy. 13.

Trespassing. A 36-year-old man was arrested for stalking and trespassing on the 2000 block of E. 117th Street.

AUGUST 28

DWI. A 37-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and driving with a suspended license and reckless driving near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Frontage Road S.

AUGUST 30

Motor vehicle theft. A 44-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for motor vehicle theft, motor vehicle tampering and driving with a canceled license on the 100 block of River Woods Lane.

Disorderly conduct. A 37-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for disorderly conduct, domestic assault and criminal property damage.

PRIOR LAKE

SEPT. 16

Motor vehicle theft. A 19-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for motor vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, criminal property damage and tampering with a motor vehicle on the 16700 block of Brunswick Avenue.

SEPT. 19

Terroristic threats. A 32-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for terroristic threats and motor vehicle tampering on the 2600 block of Santee Trail NW.

SHAKOPEE

SEPT. 14

Weapons violation. A 14-year-old Shakopee boy was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a firearm without a permit, and a 16-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for possession of metal knuckles and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Disc Drive and Secretariat Drive.

SEPT. 15

Disorderly conduct. A Shakopee man, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct, underage alcohol consumption and underage possession of alcohol on the 1100 block of Shakopee Town Square.

SEPT. 19

Obstructing the legal process. A 20-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested near the intersection of County Road 101 E. and Stagecoach Road for providing false information to police, obstructing the legal process, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

Drug activity. A traffic stop for a cracked or obstructed windshield on the 700 block of Canterbury Road led to the arrests of a 41-year-old woman from Idaho Falls, Idaho, for possession of a controlled substance, driving without a valid license and failure to drive with due care, and a 44-year-old man from Grace, Idaho, for open bottle in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance.

Drug activity. A Hopkins woman, 44, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, providing false information to police and a Hennepin County warrant on the 1500 block of Vierling Drive.

SEPT. 20

Assault. A Shakopee boy, 14, was arrested for assault and terroristic threats on the 300 block of Braeburn Drive.
