Weapons violation. A 24-year-old man was arrested near the intersection of County Road 83 and County Road 42 for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon, possession of a firearm with an altered serial number, possession of methamphetamine, carrying a pistol without a permit, providing false information to police, driving with a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug activity. A 33-year-old man was arrested Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW., for possession of a controlled substance and a hypodermic needle for non-medial use, making false statements to police, possession of drug paraphernalia and in response to a Morrison County warrant.

DWI. A 50-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and failure to stop after being involved in a traffic accident on the 4000 block of Green Heights Trail.

SHAKOPEE

DWI. A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and driving with a canceled license after a traffic stop for speeding and failure to drive in a single lane near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Valley View Drive.

Warrant service. A 28-year-old woman was arrested on a Hennepin County warrant and cited for not wearing a seat belt; a 21-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on a Hennepin County warrant; a 29-year-old man was cited for driving with a revoked license, no proof of insurance and not wearing a seat belt; and a 30-year-old man was cited for not wearing a seat belt near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue and Canterbury Road S.

Drug activity. A 36-year-old man was arrested on a Freeborn County warrant and for possession of a controlled substance and marijuana, and a 38-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of marijuana near the intersection of Marschall Road and Hwy. 169.

DWI. A 29-year-old man was arrested after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of 1st Avenue and Marschall Road and arrested on suspicion of DWI, open bottle in a motor vehicle, illegal transportation of a firearm in a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

DWI. A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and obstructing the legal process on the 1200 block of Canterbury Road.
