BURNSVILLE

JUNE 10

Obstruction. A 57-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested for obstructing the legal process and a transient merchant violation at McAndrews Road W. and County Road 5.

JUNE 6

Suspicious activity. An officer noticed someone with a flashlight looking at construction equipment on Syndicate Street. The officer identified the man as an employee with the construction company who was staying there for the night to monitor equipment.

Suspicious vehicle. A resident reported a suspicious vehicle parked outside her home on the 300 block of 3rd Street W. An officer observed that the vehicle was parked legally and the registered owner was from the area. When the officer checked back later that evening, the vehicle was gone.

Theft. A car dolly trailer was stolen from the 200 block of Broadway Street S.

JUNE 9

Suspicious vehicle. An officer noticed a suspicious vehicle at Calvary Cemetery off Kreuser Road. A man driver told the officer he had been with two individuals that were homeless and had no place to go.

WEEK OF JUNE 4-10

Vandalism. Graffiti was found painted on a park bench on the 19000 block of Juno Trail.

Underage consumption. Officers responded to a home near Hudson Avenue and Hominy Path on a report of a disturbance. Ten students, 17 and 18 years old, were cited with underage consumption, and a man and woman, ages 49, were cited with social host violation.

Property damage. A 21-year-old man was cited for property damage after breaking a tree and a planter on the 20000 block of Holyoake Avenue.

PRIOR LAKE

Theft. An electric pressure washer was stolen from the backyard of a home on the 4300 block of Pleasant Street.

Drugs. A 36-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.

SHAKOPEE

JUNE 7

Driving violation. A 32-year-old Eagan man was arrested for driving after revocation and having a warrant for his arrest following a traffic stop at 1st Avenue E. and Sommerville Street.

JUNE 9

Drugs. A 28-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and for disorderly conduct at Lewis Street N. and 1st Avenue.

JUNE 10

Drunken driving. A 62-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for drunken driving, carrying a pistol while under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 1st Avenue E. and Lewis Street S.

Underage consumption. An 18-year-old Shakopee man was cited for underage consumption on the 1500 block of Charteux Avenue.

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for drunken driving, open bottle in a motor vehicle and underage consumption of alcohol following a traffic stop at Marschall Road and 3rd Avenue.
