JAN. 16

Suspicious person. An officer responded to a report of a suspicious man in full military gear walking down the sidewalk on Highway 21 toward 2nd Street. An officer spoke with the man, who said he was in training.

JAN. 20

Drunken driving. A 19-year-old man drove off the road, hit the sign for the Jordan Police Department, 705 Syndicate St., and got stuck in a snowbank. He was arrested for refusing to test for drunken driving, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

JAN. 21

Check welfare. An officer responded to a 911 hang-up call at a home in the 900 block of Huntington Way. A woman explained that her juvenile daughter had accidentally dialed a cellphone and that everything was fine.

LAKEVILLE

JAN. 7-13

Theft. A Social Security card was stolen from a vehicle in the 21000 block of Hytrail Circle.

Assault. Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 16000 block of Fishing Avenue, and arrested a 45-year-old woman for assault.

Check welfare. Officers responded to numerous reports of bizarre behavior by a man in the 16000 block of Kenrick Avenue. The 25-year-old man, who had a history of methamphetamine use, thought someone was chasing him. He agreed to go with medics.

PRIOR LAKE

JAN. 9

Drugs. A 35-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and giving a false name to a police officer at County Road 42 and Dakotah Parkway.

Drugs. A 53-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Drive.

Forgery. A 34-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for check forgery and possession of a stolen check, and a 22-year-old Maple Grove woman was arrested for check forgery, possession of a stolen check and possession of drug paraphernalia, at Klein Bank, 16677 Duluth Av.

JAN. 11

Theft. A 30-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, careless driving, driving after revocation and failure to stop for a collision at 140th Street and Mystic Lake Drive.

JAN. 14

Drunken driving. A 60-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 21000 block of Panama Avenue.

SHAKOPEE

JAN. 10

Drugs. A 32-year-old Delano man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and hypodermic needles at County Road 21 and Highway 169.

Drugs. A 17-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at County Roads 18 and 21.

Weapon. A 41-year-old Shakopee man was cited for a weapons violation after he was found to have a handgun on school property at Eagle Creek Elementary School, 6855 Woodward Av. He had a permit to carry.

JAN. 11

Warrant. A 16-year-old Shakopee boy was arrested for a warrant at a home in the 1200 block of Taylor Street.

JAN. 12

Assault. A 23-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for assault at Turtle's Bar & Grill, 132 1st Av.

JAN. 15

Alcohol violation. An 18-year-old Jordan woman was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Marschall Road and Prairie Lane.

JAN. 16

Domestic assault. A 37-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for domestic assault and possession of marijuana in the 1800 block of Windsor Drive.
