Drunken driving. A 61-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop on the 12100 block of County Road 11.
JAN. 6
Theft. A 20-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Cub Foods, 300 Travelers Trail E.
JAN. 7
Drugs. A 28-year-old Eagan man was arrested for possession of marijuana, driving after suspension and giving police a false name following a traffic stop on the 3300 block of Cliff Road E.
JAN. 10
Drugs. A 34-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested for possession of marijuana on the 14300 block of Nicollet Court.
JAN. 19
Disorderly conduct. An 18-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 600 block of Hwy. 13 E.

JAN. 31
Harassment. Officers responded to an individual on Valley Green Park who complained of harassing communications. Officers advised the individual of the option to obtain a harassment restraining order.
Suspicious activity. Officers responded to Mertens Street N. and 4th Street W. regarding suspicious activity. A man, wearing a hoodie, was possibly trying to break into vehicles. Officers located someone matching the description and determined he was not involved. Officers continued to check the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
PRIOR LAKE
JAN. 28
Assault. A 34-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on a warrant and for assault with a dangerous weapon, obstructing the legal process, and possession of methamphetamines, heroin and drug paraphernalia at a home on the 16900 block of Lyons Avenue.
JAN. 29
Drugs. A 29-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a warrant at Hwy. 13 and Sunray Circle.
Assault. An 18-year-old Prior Lake woman and a 30-year-old woman were each cited for an assault that occurred on the street in front of the Prior Lake Police Department, 4649 Dakota St.
SHAKOPEE
JAN. 20
Drugs. A 31-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needles following a traffic stop at Canterbury Road S. and 12th Avenue E. The driver, a 30-year-old Prior Lake man, was cited for traffic offenses.
JAN. 21
Alcohol violations. A 21-year-old Shakopee man was cited for allowing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at Eagle Creek Boulevard and Hauer Trail. The passenger, a 19-year-old Montgomery man, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol.
Driving violation. A 17-year-old Shakopee girl was cited for driving without a license and giving a false name to police following a traffic stop at Apgar Street and 4th Avenue.
JAN. 22
Weapon. A 26-year-old Oakdale man was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm with altered serial number, carrying a weapon without a permit, carrying a BB gun in a public place, illegal transportation of a firearm in a motor vehicle and driving after revocation at Marschall Road N. and Bluff Avenue E.
JAN. 23
Theft. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was cited for theft and arrested on a warrant at Target, 1685 17th Av.
