Burglary. An 18-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for burglary and receiving stolen property on the 12200 block of 23rd Avenue S.

DWI. A 24-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and no proof of insurance on the 400 block of County Road 42 E.

DWI. A 31-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, assaulting a police officer, obstructing the legal process and no proof of insurance near the intersection of E. Hwy. 13 and Portland Avenue S.

Fraud. A 31-year-old Taylor, Mich. woman and a 25-year-old Southfield, Mich., woman were arrested for financial transaction card fraud and receiving stolen property, and a 32-year-old Madrira Beach, Fla., woman was arrested for financial transaction card fraud, receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana on the 800 block of County Road 42 W.

Assault. A 24-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault, robbery, criminal sexual conduct and impersonating a police officer.

Theft from motor vehicle. An 18-year-old man was arrested for motor vehicle tampering and theft of a firearm on the 6500 block of Harbor Place NE.

DWI. A 71-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and Candy Cove Trail SE. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.18.

Weapons violations. A 16-year-old St. Paul boy was arrested for carrying a handgun without a permit, an uncased firearm in a vehicle, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, motor vehicle tampering, providing false information to police and a curfew violation, a 17-year-old St. Paul boy was arrested for motor vehicle tampering, possession of marijuana and a curfew violation, and a 15-year-old Minneapolis boy was arrested for providing false information to police, motor vehicle tampering, no Minnesota driver's license and a curfew violation near the intersection of Dean Lakes Boulevard and Bulrush Boulevard.

Drug activity. A 40-year-old Mankato woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, theft and driving with a revoked license, and a 39-year-old Waseca, Minn. man was cited for theft at Wal-Mart, 8101 Old Carriage Court N.

DWI. A 24-year-old Richfield man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of an open bottle and driving with a revoked license at Canterbury Park, 1100 Canterbury Road S.

DWI. A 46-year-old Chaska man was arrested for DWI, driving with a canceled license, possession of stolen property and displaying plates of another vehicle after a traffic stop for improper lane use on the 400 block of 1st Avenue E.

DWI. A 19-year-old Jordan man was arrested for DWI and possession of a controlled substance and a 22-year-old Belle Plaine woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
