SEPT. 9

Burglary. A Burnsville man, 32, was arrested for burglary, violating an order for protection and fleeing a police officer on the 12600 block of Chowen Bend.

SEPT. 10

DWI. A Brooklyn Park man, 54, was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and disorderly conduct on the 12900 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

Theft. A man was arrested for theft, possession of methamphetamine and burglary tools, and a woman was arrested for theft on the 4100 block of Old Sibley Memorial Hwy.

SEPT. 29

Burglary. A power washer, generator, chain saw, brush cutter, hand-held blower and miscellaneous cordless tools valued at more than $5,000 were reported stolen during a forced entry burglary at the former Oasis market, 3150 Dodd Road.

LAKEVILLE

Burglary. Charges are pending on a burglary of a commercial property on the 16200 block of Kenrick Loop.

SEPT. 23

Weapons violation. Charges were pending in a drive-by shooting case on the 7000 block of W. 168th Street.

Theft. A 32-year-old Hastings woman was arrested for possession of stolen checks, a 31-year-old Farmington woman was arrested on a Dakota County warrant and a 29-year-old Farmington man was cited for driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop near the intersection of NW. 154th Street and Mystic Lake Drive NW.

ROSEMOUNT

Drug activity. A Rosemount man, 18, was arrested for possession of more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Robert Trail S.

Motor vehicle theft. A John Deere tractor and flatbed trailer, valued at $34,000, were reported stolen from a Savage business.

SEPT. 22

DWI. An Eagan man, 40, was arrested for DWI, criminal property damage, fleeing the police in a motor vehicle, driving with a canceled license, reckless driving and speeding near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Vernon Avenue S. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.22.

Drug activity. A Savage man, 33, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a report of a man slumped over in his vehicle at the BP gas station, 4445 W. Hwy. 13.

Drug activity. A Savage woman, 22, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles, and a Fergus Falls, Minn., man, 22, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and heroin, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles near the intersection of NW. 140th Street and Canterbury Road NW.
