Theft. A 35-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for theft, financial transaction card fraud, willful disobedience of a court mandate and driving with a cancelled license on the 15200 block of Greenhaven Drive.

SEPT. 6

DWI. A 47-year-old Eagan man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

Drug activity. A 25-year-old Savage man was arrested for for possession of cocaine, marijuana and possession of an open bottle after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and SE. 150th Street. The driver, a 24-year-old Inver Grove Heights man, was cited for speeding.

Theft. A 51-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for trespassing, theft and a Goodhue County warrant after the man reportedly ate at the buffet and did not play at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI, disorderly conduct and underage alcohol possession after an officer observed the man pulling into a parking lot of a local business and urinating on a building on the 200 block of Triangle Lane.

Motor vehicle theft. A 29-year-old Eagan man was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving with a suspended license and a Dakota County warrant after a traffic stop for failure to dim headlights near the intersection of McColl Drive and Dan Patch Drive. A 29-year-old Duluth man, a 29-year-old Apple Valley woman and a 27-year-old Rosemount man were cited for motor vehicle tampering.

Weapons violation. A 28-year-old Farmington man was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon by a respondent in an order for protection, possession of a pistol in a motor vehicle without a permit to carry and transporting a firearm uncaused in a motor vehicle after officers received a report that the man displayed a weapon during a dispute with another man on the 14300 block of Princeton Avenue S.

SHAKOPEE

A 23-year-old Jordan man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and a Dakota County warrant on the 1100 bock of S. Tyler Street.

Drug activity. A 31-year-ld Lafayette, Ind. man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with horses at Canterbury Park, 1100 Canterbury Road S.

Theft. A 15-year-old Shakopee boy was arrested for receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and no Minnesota driver's license near the intersection of Grove Place and Grove Drive.
