JULY 1

Theft. A canoe and paddles, valued at $1,240, were reported stolen on the 3500 block of Willow Beach Street W.

JULY 2

Drug activity. An 18-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and an 18-year-old Shakopee man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and SE. 160th Street.

JULY 3

DWI. A 28-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding and expired registration near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and SE. 150th Street.

Criminal property damage. A 27-year-old Burnsville man was arrested on suspicion of criminal property damage and fleeing a police officer on foot and a 24-year-old Mammoth, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of criminal property damage.

JULY 6

Drug activity. A 50-year-old Vadnais Heights man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

Drug activity. A 31-year-old Ellendale, Minn., man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue SE. and Franklin Trail SE.

Drug activity. A 49-year-old Burnsville man and a 41-year-old Aitkin, Minn., woman were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Howard Lake Road NW. and NW. 154th Street.

JULY 7

DWI. A 21-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Pennsylvania Avenue S.

JULY 11

DWI. A 45-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for failure to stay within a single lane near the intersection of Lynn Avenue S. and W. 128th Street.

DWI. An 18-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, and an 18-year-old Burnsville man and 18-year-old Bloomington man were cited for possession of marijuana near the intersection of W. 126th Street and Glenhurst Avenue S.

JULY 3

Obstructing the legal process. A 56-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on suspicion of obstructing the legal process with force on the 1400 block of St. Francis Avenue.

Drug activity. A 34-year-old Waconia woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at Canterbury Park.

JULY 4

Drug activity. A 19-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Eagle Creek Boulevard.

Domestic assault. A 36-year-old Wakpala, S.D., man was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and possession of marijuana on the 500 block of Marschall Road S.

Assault. A 47-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested on suspicion of assault on the 1300 block of Sage Lane.

Assault. A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and theft on the 1600 block of 17th Avenue E.

JULY 5

Warrant service. A 26-year-old Buffalo, Minn., man was arrested on Scott and Wright County warrants near the intersection of Marschall Road S. and 17th Avenue E.

Fraud. A 51-year-old man was arrested for allegedly cheating at cards at Canterbury Park, 1100 Canterbury Road S.
