Drug activity. A man was arrested for possession of marijuana and a hypodermic needle and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and W. 2nd Street.

PRIOR LAKE

JAN. 22

Assault. A 34-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for assault on the 3300 block of Woodland Trail NW.

Theft from motor vehicle. A commercial two-wheeler cart, valued at $200, was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4300 block of Fountain Hills Drive NE. The vehicle's topper was locked but the tailgate was pulled open.

Warrant service. A 43-year-old Shakopee man was arrested on Scott County warrants on the 13600 block of Thunderbird Circle NW.

Warrant service. A 25-year-old Cloquet, Minn. woman was arrested on two Carlton County warrants and cited for possession of marijuana at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

JAN. 27

DWI. A 65-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI and driving with a canceled license after driving over a curb, across a sidewalk and into the parking lot at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Warrant service. A 19-year-old Redby, Minn. man was arrested on a U.S. marshal's warrant and cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and a 24-year-old Redby, Minn. man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Assault. A 23-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for assault on the 13600 block of Ashcroft Road.

DWI. A 42-year-old Eden Prairie woman was arrested for DWI, criminal vehicular operation, careless driving and no proof of insurance near the intersection of Dufferin Drive and Dakota Avenue S.

DWI. A 45-year-old Waconia woman was arrested for DWI after officers received a complaint about poor driving conduct and stopped to urinate on the side of the road near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Louisiana Avenue S. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.20.

DWI. A 22-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for failing to stop at a stop light near the intersection of W. 123rd Street and Natchez Avenue S.

JAN. 22

DWI. A 23-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI and no proof of insurance near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and Marystown Road.

DWI. A 49-year-old Woodbury woman was arrested for DWI and a Hennepin County warrant near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Hwy. 169.

DWI. A 36-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test and a 31-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for DWI and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Hwy. 169.

Order for protection violation. A 35-year-old Le Sueur, Minn. man has been arrested for violating an order for protection and a 35-year-old Le Sueur, Minn. woman was arrested on a Le Sueur County warrant and cited for providing false information to police on the 500 block of Marschall Road S.

JAN. 26

Warrant service. A 39-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested on Scott County warrants near the intersection of 11th Avenue E. and Marschall Road S.

Drug activity. A 28-year-old Shaklopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and introducing contraband into jail, and a 22-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 500 block of Marschall Road S.

Assault. A 41-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for assault, domestic assault and criminal property damage on the 1300 block of Eagle Creek Boulevard.
