DEC. 15

Theft. A 19-year-old Burnsville man and an 18-year-old St. Paul man were arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle and an 18-year-old Hudson, Wis., man was arrested for receiving stolen property on the 100 block of Civic Center Parkway.

PRIOR LAKE

DEC. 8

Drug activity. A 21-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a Scott County warrant and cited for trespassing at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard.

Driving while intoxicated. A 45-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, obstructing the legal process and possession of an open bottle near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive NW. and NW. 140th St.

Driving while intoxicated. A 37-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for DWI and failure to drive with due care near the intersection of Hwy. 13 and Eagle Creek Avenue. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.32; the legal limit is 0.08.

DEC. 12

Drug activity. A 32-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a 36-year-old Burnsville man was cited for driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Valley View Road.

DEC. 13

Warrant service. A 22-year-old Springfield, Mo., resident was arrested on a felony warrant and giving police false information at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.

Drug activity. A 43-year-old Vadnais Heights woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle with revoked plates near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Hwy. 169.

DEC. 9

Theft. A 31-year-old Buffalo, Minn., man was arrested for receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance and hypodermic needles at

Holiday, 3901 Eagle Creek Blvd.

Drug activity. A 21-year-old Jordan man was arrested for heroin possession and a warrant near the intersection of Marschall Road and Hwy. 169.

Drug activity. A 32-year-old Oakdale woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, providing false information to police, driving with a revoked license and a warrant on the 15000 block of Mystic Lake Drive.
