Burglary. A 28-year-old Madison Lake, Minn., man was arrested for burglary, possession of marijuana and fleeing a police officer on the 14400 block of Portland Avenue S.

Drug activity. A 22-year-old Faribault, Minn., man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of a pistol in a public place without a permit, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance near the intersection of County Road 42 and Aldrich Avenue S.

Assault. A man was arrested for assault and fleeing a police officer on foot in Valley Creek Park.

Drug activity. A 50-year-old New Prague man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, carrying a BB gun in public and trespassing, and a 19-year-old Mound man was arrested on a Blue Earth County warrant at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Assault. A 40-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for assault and domestic assault on the 4600 block of Dakota Street.

AUGUST 14

DWI. A 22-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving with a canceled license and speeding, and a 19-year-old Shakopee woman was cited for underage consumption near the intersection of McKenna Road and NW. 140th Street.

Motor vehicle theft. A 19-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for motor vehicle theft, assault and driving with a suspended license, and a 21-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for aiding and abetting motor vehicle theft, motor vehicle tampering and possession of marijuana at Valleyfair, 1 Valleyfair Dr.

Criminal sexual conduct. A 16-year-old New Germany, Minn., boy was arrested for criminal sexual conduct.

AUGUST 15

Disorderly conduct. A 64-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process on the 3900 block of 12th Avenue.
