Theft. A 38-year-old St. Paul woman and a 35-year-old Burnsville woman were arrested for theft after they were caught shoplifting at Kohl's, 13900 Aldrich Av. S.

MARCH 23
Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and use of a cellphone on a provisional license after an officer observed him texting and driving near 9th Street W. and Hooper Street.

WEEK OF MARCH 26-APRI 1
Disturbance. Officers responded to 210th Street W. on a report of a disturbance. An 18-year-old woman believed her boyfriend was cheating on her. She was arrested for threats of violence, assault, disorderly conduct and property damage.
Domestic. Officers mediated a dispute between a 38-year-old woman and a 49-year-old man on the 11000 block of 210th Street W. The woman met the man, an over-the-road trucker, in Colorado. She agreed to go on a road trip with him and they ended up in Lakeville. They started drinking and an argument ensued.

MARCH 30
Theft. A 27-year-old Minneapolis man wanted on four Hennepin County warrants and two Anoka County warrants was arrested for theft and giving false information to police at Dakota Convenience, 15035 Mystic Lake Drive.
Drugs. A 33-year-old East Bethel woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.
MARCH 31
Burglary. Officers responded to a home on the 6100 block of 140th Street regarding a burglary in progress. An unknown female was in a child's room at the home. A 32-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested.
APRIL 1
Drugs. A 34-year-old Minneapolis woman wanted on two warrants was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of hypodermic needles at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.
APRIL 3
Driving violation. A 29-year-old Minneapolis woman wanted on two warrants was arrested and cited for driving after revocation after she was stopped at Credit Union Drive and Mystic Lake Drive.
APRIL 4
Child endangerment. A 41-year-old Golden Valley woman was arrested for gross misdemeanor neglect or endangerment of a child at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.
SHAKOPEE
MARCH 27
Drugs. A 25-year-old Brooklyn Park man was cited for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding following a traffic stop at Highway 169 and County Road 41.
MARCH 28
Theft. Two 13-year-old Shakopee boys were cited for theft after they were caught shoplifting at Target, 1685 17th Av.
MARCH 29
Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to the 100 block of Ardennes Avenue on a report of a disturbance. A 23-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for disorderly conduct.
MARCH 30
Accident. A 23-year-old Shakopee woman was cited for failure to drive with due care after she was involved in an accident on Highway 169 and Canterbury Road S.
MARCH 31
Drugs. An 18-year-old Belle Plaine man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Marschall Road S. and Highway 169.
APRIL 3
Assault. A 17-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for assault at Shakopee High School, 100 17th Av.
