Book group meeting at Barnes & NobleWhile the Burnhaven Library is closed for remodeling, the Burnhaven book discussion group is meeting at the Burnsville Barnes & Noble bookstore at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month.

"Pope Joan," by Donna Cross, will be the group's discussion topic at 7 p.m. March 15 at the bookstore.

The sessions are free and open to all. Newcomers are welcome, and no advance registration is required.

PRIOR LAKE

Players to present 'Little Shop of Horrors'The Prior Lake Players will present the musical "Little Shop of Horrors" March 11-26 at Twin Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake.

"Little Shop" is a comedy sci-fi spoof about a down-and-out floral assistant who becomes an overnight sensation when he discovers an exotic plant with a craving for fresh blood. It was one of the longest-running off-Broadway shows of all time.

Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on March 11-12, 18-19 and 25-26, with a matinee at 2 p.m. March 20. All shows are at Twin Oaks Middle School, 15860 Fish Point Road SE., Prior Lake.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and students, and $6 for children 12 and under. They will be available at the door about one hour before each performance.
