Classic Movie Night will feature 'Casablanca'

The Rosemount Area Arts Council on Friday is doing more than showing a movie — it is encouraging people to make a night of it.

Fans of the film "Casablanca" are even urged to dress up as characters from the iconic film.

Rudy's Red Eye Grill in Rosemount also will offer dinner discounts to patrons who show their movie ticket between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. that night. The film is the first in the Arts Council's Classic Movie Night series this year.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online at www.rosemountaac.org or reserved ahead of time by calling 952-255-8545. They also can be purchased at the Steeple Center, either ahead of time or at the door.

The film begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening at the Steeple Center, 14375 S. Robert Trail. Reservations are required for Rudy's Red Eye Grill, 14845 S. Robert Trail, and can be made by calling 651-322-7700.
