Today's Big Deal is a fish tale in itself. Ted Capra, Minnesota Fishing Hall of Famer, sporting goods store owner and founder of the Shore Lunch brand of batter mixes, knows all the best fishing spots on Lake Minnetonka. And if you buy his house he'll put you in the boat and show you where they are!

Capra just listed the Orono house he owns with wife, Nancy - they call it the "fish house," with Virginia Lord of Coldwell Banker Burnet. The house is listed at $2.347 million and has 6,414 square feet. It was built in 2008 and has 100 feet of Lake Minnetonka shoreline. The house has a big open kitchen and butler's pantry, three fireplaces, an exercise room, a home theater, family room and sun room.

It's a non-MLS listing, so you'll have to go to Lord's website www.virginialord.com to get the details.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
