A storm will produce a cold, soaking rainfall from the Ohio Valley intoparts of the Northeast later Thursday night through early Saturday.The heaviest rain will fall from southern Illinois to southwestern Ohio,where up to 2.50 inches could fall through Friday.
The steady rain will spread into the Northeast on Friday and will continueover southern New England through Saturday morning.
Any flooding that does occur should be minor, and the heavier bands of rainshould stay south of the flooded areas of Maine.
