A snowstorm last week brought as much as a foot to parts of England. Very coldair then followed the storm. Parts of the U.K. dipped below zero, a feat rarelyachieved across the British Isles. Sunday morning London and Dublin will have an inch or two of snow from the storm. The highermountains in Wales and Ireland will bear the brunt of the storm.
