The storm will spin up on Wednesday and Thursday over the northern BalticSea near southern Finland and eastern Sweden. The storm will draw arctic airsouthward over Sweden and Norway. Accumulation, even heavy local snowfall, will bepossible between late on Wednesday and early on Friday.
