The Black Keys weren't the only concert announced Monday.

Snow Patrol lands April 25 at the State Theatre (tickets, priced at $37.50, on sale Saturday). Rodney Crowell sings April 3 at the Fitzgerald Theater. Fanfarlo is set for March 31 at the Varsity, and the Jayhawks come home Feb. 18 at the State, a rare Twin Cities theater date for them.

Tickets for the 19th annual Winstock country festival, set for June 8-9 in Winsted, Minn., will go on sale Friday. Headliners are Martina McBride and Blake Shelton, with Willie Nelson, Gary Allan, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Uncle Kracker and others scheduled.

Speaking of country, rising star Justin Moore performs Feb. 4 after the World's Toughest Rodeo at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
