Snow for the Northern Rockies

Wintry weather will return to those in the northern Rocky Mountainsfollowing a warm spell in the West. A storm system heading through the regionwill usher cold air back in behind its cold front as it sweeps southward.Snow through Friday will accumulate over an area from the mountains of Idahothrough northwestern Wyoming and a large part of Montana. The heaviest snowwill pile up 3 to 6 inches in the mountains of western Montana, eastern Idahoand northwestern Wyoming. As much as a foot of snow is possible in the highestelevations.
