SNOW EMERGENCIES
Minneapolis and St. Paul have declared snow emergencies. The parking restrictions, which took effect Saturday night, differ greatly in each city.

Parking is prohibited on snow emergency routes until 8 a.m. Sunday. The prohibition shifts to the even-numbered sides of streets not designated as snow emergencies, until 8 p.m. From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, parking is banned from the odd-numbered side of non-snow emergency routes. Complete rules can be seen at www.ci. minneapolis.mn.us or by calling 612-348-SNOW.
ST. PAUL
