While interviewing Tom Parsons, CEO of Bestfares.com, he stumbled upon a great summer airfare from Minneapolis to Amsterdam---$838 roundtrip on United. The days we looked at were July 23, 26 and 30 as well as Aug 4 and 8, but the price is half of Delta's current fares.
Most of the flights include a stop in either Chicago or Newark. Parsons said the fares are exceptional because the flights are on jets, and during peak summer air travel.
